Subscription
Cancelling, and refunds
MassDelta is sold through the App Store, so Apple takes the payment and Apple issues refunds. We cannot charge or refund a card ourselves.
To cancel
Open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, choose MassDelta, and cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
During the free trial
The 7-day trial converts to a paid plan automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid the charge.
To ask for a refund
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account that was charged, and choose the MassDelta charge. Apple usually decides within a day or two. If the app failed to do what we say it does, email us as well — we will back your request in writing.
Your data
Deleting what MassDelta holds
There is no account. Your logs, weigh-ins, plan and the coach's transcript live on your phone.
On the phone
Delete the app. Everything stored locally goes with it. There is no cloud copy to come back.
On our server
Our server keeps meal descriptions for 90 days, meal photographs for 24 hours (or up to 365 days if you turned on help improve estimates), and analysis records for 24 months, tied to a per-install device id rather than to you. To have them removed sooner, email founders@norply.co from the app: More › Legal & support. We delete them and confirm.

What it needs
- Device
- iPhone, iOS 17.0 or later. One device per subscription for now.
- Connection
- Needed to read a meal, to talk to Delta, and to check the subscription. Weighing in, browsing the log and editing what is already there work offline.
- Permissions
- Camera and photo library to read a plate or a label. Microphone and speech recognition to dictate a meal — typing works without them. Notifications for local reminders; nothing is pushed from a server.
